Appointment Policy

Need to cancel? Running Late?

I ask you please be courteous of my time and other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know ASAP! If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. I understand stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment; I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me text letting me know. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 25% - 50% deposit is required to rebook the appointment which will be applied to your service total.
